As the issues are thematic, projects can be submitted by completing the “Issue Submission” document, available for download below, and sending it to atlantide@univ-nantes.fr
In order to obtain an initial general opinion on the theme and the its inclusion in the publication schedule, it is possible to contact the committee in advance.
The submitted issue will be studied and validated by the Editorial Committee.
An accepted issue requires a minimum of one and a half years of preparation, allowing for the annual programming of issues and the editorial phases carried out by the issue’s scientific director and the Editorial Committee.
The Scientific Director works with a member of the Committee on the following tasks:

organization of the collection of articles.

scientific presentation of the collection.
-
pre-selection of articles and bringing them up to the journal’s standards (page template and instructions available for download below).

proposal of a list of potential experts.

monitoring and follow-up of article reviews with the authors.
The Editorial Committee is responsible for the following:

selection of experts.
-
setting up and monitoring of review phases with experts.
-
validation of the issue.
-
layout and formal proofreading of the issue.
-
online publication, announcement, and promotion.
All articles are submitted to a double-blind peer review.
