Présentation

Atlantide is an open-access online journal that publishes academic articles in the fields of literary studies and cultural history, from Antiquity to the late modern period, with unrestricted time periods and geographical areas. At the institutional level it is affiliated with Nantes Université, and more specifically with the LAMO (Littératures antiques et modernes, UR 4276) research group. Since its creation, it has welcomed submissions from all domains in order to develop a pluralistic understanding of our literary and cultural history, inspired by Plato and Jules Verne. It is published annually or bi-annually with a different theme and editor each time. Submitted articles systematically undergo a double anonymous peer review.

This volume aims to explore the mutual influences, intersections, and collaborative projects that emerge in the creative processes between the Italian and French cultural spheres. The contributions gathered here seek, from a transnational perspective, to uncover lesser-known aspects of the otherwise highly productive relationships between authors from different contexts and ideological orientations. The approaches adopted are diverse, reflecting the expressive variety of intellectual exchanges between France and Italy over a period of approximately thirty-five years, from 1945 to 1980. The volume includes nine articles divided into four sections: Translation and Rewriting; Political Perspectives and Feminist Views; Texts, Criticism, and Moving Images;Cinematic Productions.

Il volume comprende nove saggi suddivisi in quattro sezioni: traduzioni e riscritture; sguardi politici e prospettive femministe; testi, critiche e immagini in movimento; percorsi e produzioni cinematografiche.
